Conqueror’s Residential Program’s Basic Admission Criteria

• At least 18 years old
• Free of sex offenses and current pending charges
• Physically able to perform work therapy assignments
• Willing to submit to random drug and alcohol testing
• Serious about a life change
• Open to the message of Christ
• Willing to commit to a minimum stay of 9-12 months

Application and Interview Process: The individual desiring help must initiate a phone conversation with the Chaplain to discuss scheduling an intake interview. All interviews are conducted on-site at Haven of Rest Ministries.

Program Objectives

• Receive freedom from life-controlling issues
• Provide a Biblical worldview
• Maintain stable employment
• Establish and maintain healthy relationships
• Obtain sustainable housing

Program Components

Spiritual Development:

• Encourage growth in relationship with Jesus Christ through daily devotions, Bible-based classes and church connection.

Case Management Counseling:

• Offer personal Spirit led insight and counsel through program, staff, and partnering ministries.

Education and Career Development:

• Assist with obtaining a HS diploma/GED and improving computer skills for a successful job search.

Work Therapy:

• Develop basic workplace/service skills to benefit future employment.

Aftercare:

• We supply an ongoing support network for a victorious transition back into the community.
