Women‘s Auxiliary 
“Woman of the Year“

The Haven of Rest Women’s Auxiliary held its first meeting in November, 1944.  In 1965, the officers of the Auxiliary began to choose one woman each year to be their “Woman of the Year.”

Congratulations Brenda Cook!

At the November Auxiliary meeting, Brenda was named the 2023 Women’s Auxiliary “Woman of the Year.” Brenda has volunteered in different areas at Haven of Rest for 30 years. She’s been involved with the Auxiliary for nine years. Brenda is active in Ways and Means and can be seen during the month helping to prepare the Gift Shop for Auxiliary Day.

Brenda is a faithful servant and dedicated in her service to the Auxiliary and the Lord. Congratulations!
