Women’s Auxiliary Featuring Akron Zoo at the Mission!

In this video, Women’s Auxiliary features the Animal Ambassadors from the Akron Zoo. The Auxiliary and visitors enjoyed seeing and hearing about a tortoise, armadillo, and a porcupine. The Akron Zoo, located on 500 Edgewood Ave., houses animals from the Americas and around the world.
The Women’s Auxiliary meets the first Tuesday of each month in the Mission’s dining room. Women of all ages are welcome. Come anytime between 10 a.m. and noon for browsing and shopping in the Auxiliary gift shop. Lunch is served at noon. A free-will offering is collected after lunch for the current Auxiliary project and to help defray meal costs. The Auxiliary program begins at 1:00 p.m. in the auditorium. We hope to see you there!
